THE PLATFORM

One shop.
Run by conversation.

CartSome is the whole shop — storefront, checkout, delivery and admin — with every admin task open to the AI tools you already use, connected through MCP. Important changes are previewed first and wait for your OK.

In the box
  • An admin your AI client can run, over MCP
  • A storefront in eight languages
  • Montonio payments, parcel lockers and couriers
  • Hosting, updates and security, handled
01 THE ADMIN, IN YOUR AI

Your AI client
runs the shop.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or another MCP client. You switch the connection on, give it only the rights it needs, and ask in plain language.

Setup

Shop details, languages, sign-in, checkout and mail providers, theme, homepage, pages, menus and the checklist before you open.

Catalogue and import

Hand over a supplier file. Your AI converts it, the shop checks it, a person reviews it, and only then does it go live.

Translations

Product names and descriptions, pages, FAQ and announcements in every language you switch on.

Pricing and sales

Price rules and scheduled sales, with the 30-day reference price the law asks for on a discount.

Marketing

An email sign-up form, campaigns, a welcome series and automated flows. A campaign is scheduled only after you see its preview.

Search, SEO and AI discovery

Search titles and descriptions, redirects for old addresses, a search audit, and what AI assistants read about your shop.

Orders

Find an order, move it through its status steps, add a comment. Refunds need a permission of their own.

Stock

Warehouses and stock counts, checked and corrected by asking.

Suppliers

Supplier orders drafted for you. Sending one to a supplier needs a permission of its own.

Accounting

SmartAccounts integration (in pilot)

Supplier invoices read from your accounting system. A booking waits until a person confirms it in the admin.

Previews first

Big changes run as a preview and apply only once you confirm that preview. Imports, campaigns and openings wait for your word.

And the admin, too

Everything your AI can do is in the admin as well, for the days you'd rather click.

02 THE STOREFRONT

Fast for shoppers.
Found by machines.

Pages are built to load quickly on a phone: rendered on the server, cached at the edge, and carrying only the shopper's language.

  • Eight languagesSwitch each one on when its translations are ready. A product keeps the same address in every language.
  • Your domain, or yours.cartsome.comEvery shop answers on its own cartsome.com address from day one. Point your own domain at it when you're ready, and the cartsome.com address forwards there.
  • Search that forgives typosFull-text search in the shopper's language, with typo tolerance.
  • Ready for search enginesCanonical addresses, language alternates, sitemaps and structured data on every page.
  • Ready for AI assistantsA product feed per language, an llms.txt summary and Markdown copies of your pages, so an assistant shopping for someone can read your shop.
03 CHECKOUT AND DELIVERY

Checkout and delivery,
in the box.

No payment plugin, no shipping app. Switch on what your customers use and set your own delivery rates.

  • Bank links and cards, through MontonioBank links across the Baltics and the Nordics, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and pay-later options in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
  • Parcel lockersOmniva, DPD, Smartposti, Venipak and Unisend lockers at checkout.
  • CouriersCourier delivery from the same carriers, at the rates you set.
  • Pay by invoiceLet customers pay by invoice on 7 or 14 days when you allow it.
04 APPS

Apps, when
you need them.

Everything above comes in the box. When your shop needs more, install a reviewed app from the marketplace or build your own with your AI client. Each runs in its own sandbox, installs switched off, and goes live when you turn it on.

01 / BLOCKS

Blocks for your pages.

New sections for your homepage and pages, built for your shop alone.

02 / RULES

Checkout and search rules.

Your own rules for what happens at checkout and in search.

03 / ADMIN

Emails and admin pages.

Messages to your customers and pages for your team, in the same admin.

05 CURIOUS? GOOD.

A few
good questions.

New kind of commerce. Fair questions. Here are the basics.

What makes CartSome AI-native?

AI workflows are part of the product concept from the ground up. The goal is to make store capabilities available to compatible assistants and agents instead of limiting work to a traditional admin dashboard.

Does CartSome work with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?

Yes, through the admin MCP. Any AI client that speaks MCP, Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini among them, connects to your shop with access you grant and can take back, limited to the rights you give it. As of October 2026 it offers 314 store actions, from products and prices to orders, stock and email.

What is MCP, anyway?

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that helps AI applications connect to external tools and data. CartSome is designed around MCP-enabled commerce workflows.

Can I still run my store myself?

Absolutely. AI is here to help, not to take the steering wheel away. Important changes are previewed first and wait for your OK, so you decide what gets applied.

I'm on Shopify or WooCommerce. How do I move?

We move your shop for you: products, images, customers and your old links with redirects, so Google rankings stay. You keep selling on the old shop until the new one is ready, and we switch your domain when you say go. Days, not months. How a move works.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You can run most of the shop by writing what you want in plain language, and we handle hosting, updates and security.

Is this already live?

Yes, and early. autotools.ee runs on CartSome today with 25,000+ products, bank-link payments and several carriers at checkout. Talk to us for current access and the integrations we support in your market.
